Shipping Policy
Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 within New York City boroughs, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. For orders under $30, we charge $7-10 for local delivery based on where you're located
Deliveries are made from 9AM-9PM ET on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the location of your liking. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how to pickup your order.

Our pickup hours are 9AM-9PM ET on Sunday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

At the moment we currently do not offer international shipping. If you're trying to order from outside of the United States, contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@zays.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
